2. Booking and Payment

• All bookings must be scheduled in advance via our website, phone, or email.

• Payments are due before completion of services unless otherwise agreed.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

6. Liability and Insurance

• Our cleaners are trained and insured. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or fragile items not properly secured.

• The client must inform us of any delicate or high-value items that require special care.

7. Health and Safety

• For the safety of our staff, we do not clean hazardous materials or areas with infestations.

• Clients must disclose any potential health risks (e.g., mold, biohazards) before the appointment.

8. Privacy Policy

• We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties without consent.
